Glanmire Village entered in 2015 Tidytowns Competition
Glanmire Village will participate in the this years TidyTowns Competition, we will be in the same competition grouping as our neighbouring villages of Glounthane, Knockraha & Little Island
Judging for the competition will start in June and we have loads of work to get done between now and then…. cleaning, gardening, kerbs, litter picking, painting, planting, sign washing, sweeping, watering barrels/tubs, weeding, etc.,
Do you have 1 or 2 hours to spare a day/week/month to help?
Young or old, all ages are very welcome
If you don’t have any spare time to help around Glanmire village, we would really appreciate if you could keep the area outside & around your business, your house or within your estate, litter free, clean and tidy
Although Riverstown and Brooklodge villages are not being entered in this years competition – as always, we ask all residents to assist us in keeping their areas clean & tidy – thank you
